If any product you order from Master Auto Supply is defective, just call our sales department. Let them know the nature of the defect and they will gladly send you a returns package. The defective goods may be returned at absolutely no cost to you.

Please wait for your returns package as returned goods will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

We also accept non-defective product returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Just call our sales department to arrange for the return.

DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE OBTAINED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT RETURNED GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
